Hello, this is Richard Wilson, CEO of the Family Office Club. I wanted to record this short two- minute video for you about Trump being elected as president, how that's going to affect the Family Office industry. I just have three quick points, so it'll just take about a minute and a half.

One, is I think that it's going to be a more friendly tax regime for Family Offices. For those of us that work in high finance, hedge funds, private equity, real estate development, I think that you'll see more incentives for investment for business investment and reinvestment into the U.S. and that's a positive thing.

Two, I think you'll see more direct investments. People who are not sure about what Trump is going to do and how that's going to affect the broader economy are not going to want their money in the stock market as much. They're going to want real, tangible assets.

The third thing that's happening is, I think that change favors the nimble, it favors the agile, and Family Offices are just that. They can move faster than an endowment fund, faster than some private equity funds and they can be both patient and extremely quick to move on opportunities. Those that can adapt to a changing landscape most effectively in terms of their team, their shape, their mandate, their ability to use different tools to invest their change and investment focus if regulatory change by Trump or some other change in the business landscape opens up a massive opportunity, Family Offices are the ones that are going to be filling that void the quickest, right alongside the most nimble hedge funds, prop trading desks, et cetera. I really think that that's going to benefit the Family Office industry longterm because change creates opportunity.

The last thing I wanted to mention is just that most of the Family Offices I know, we're not voting for Trump, but it's also not earth shattering that he got elected. Their fortunes, their family's safety is not riding upon who is president. None of them made their wealth based on who was elected president or whether a tax rate was at 36% or 31%. They created their own wealth through their actions and controlling their business empire and their business portfolio and their real estate holdings. So, regardless of who gets elected, they're confident maneuvering within their niche industry and where they've learned how to add value as a family.

So, while I think this is a shock to a lot of people, I just wanted to get across a short video on these three points on how the Trump election is going to shape, I think, the Family Office industry a bit, in terms of a more friendly tax regime, more direct investments, and a lot more opportunities for families that can just adapt to the changes that are inevitably going to come as Trump being our next president.
