Sheltering Arms offers a wide variety of aquatic and fitness memberships and classes and to improve your physical, emotional and mental health and maintain your mobility. Some classes are diagnosis specific and we provide free monthly programs about managing your life, nutrition and balance. We are proud to partner with and support Silver Sneakers, which is a type of membership that may be covered through your health insurance.
You don’t have to be a previous therapy patient to become a participant at our facility. We are open to serve our community and are confident that our multiple membership options will work for you.
