Filming location : The Seven Sisters (Pleiades) on Durdham Downs, Bristol, UK. 22nd December, 2025 Bristol, UK, Temperature 7°. The most cherished of all the therapies I have encountered : Earthing has helped me in so many ways. Most people have a deficit of electrons, unless you're young and particularly healthy, but by Earthing we replenish our reserves, and thus extinguish inflammation we carry around with us. To do so our bare skin must contact our Earth. Grass is an ideal surface for this because it conducts very well. Added to this, our brain perfectly matches the Earth's Schumann resonance. Lead it into low-Alpha mode, and learn to meditate and synchronize with our mother planet, Gaia.

Question 1: You buy a car from a garage. You agree to sell it back to the garage after 10 years. Where do you take it to get it fixed when you crash it? Answer, The Garage, obvs.
Question 2: You come from Earth, you will return to Earth one day. Where do you go when you break down / have a stroke / get sick? Answer; eludes almost everyone.
