Q: Can I upload my song to streaming sites after purchasing a lease?

A: Yes, you can upload your song to all streaming services online (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

Q: When do I get my files after purchase?

A: Files are downloadable instantly after purchase from your receipt screen. They are also emailed to the purchase email you entered when checking out. If you accidentally closed the receipt screen, just check your email and you can download it from there.

Q: What happens if I go over the stream limit?

A: There is no stream limit if you purchase the Beat exclusively. If you purchase the Platinum lease, your streams will be capped at 1 million, and you will have to purchase the Beat exclusively or purchase an additional Platinum lease. If the beat is no longer available in my store, that means it has been exclusively sold and you must take down your song. (Reminder: Platinum leases are only meant for small artists on a budget, if they can get to 1 million streams, there's no reason they can't purchase the beat exclusively).

Q: Does the beat come untagged?

A: Yes, the beat will come untagged. If you would like to keep the tag, email me at [email protected] and I can send you the tag.

Q: Can others use the same beat if I purchase the beat exclusively?

A: No, you are the final owner and received a signed contract.

Q: What happens if someone purchases exclusive rights after I buy a platinum lease?

A: Your stream limit of 1 million streams will be strictly enforced.

Q: Can I use your beats for free if I’m not making money?

A: No. You are still using my work to promote yourself, in which case you must at least purchase a lease to the beat. Any found use of my beat will be reported for copyright infringement and requested to be taken down.

Q: Can we just split the song 50/50 instead of doing a lease?
