This project consists of two automatic liquid filling machines, Robot Fillers, designed for the filling of IBCs, totes, drums and barrels. The system is completed with an integrated flushing line, ensuring effective cleaning and maintenance of the filling nozzles.
The Robot Filler is engineered for high-capacity production environments and offers a high level of automation combined with great flexibility. It allows quick adaptation to different container types and formats, ranging from 20 to 1,500 litres, including drums, IBCs, canisters and pails filled directly on pallets. Integrated into an automatic conveying line, the Robot Filler is suitable for liquid and viscous products and can be equipped with additional functions such as automatic uncapping, capping and container sealing.
