Sangma announced a new focus on private investment, aiming for ₹8,000 crore to create jobs in tourism and green sectors. He also noted progress in resolving border disputes, improving justice, and developing both urban and rural areas. The address emphasized empowering women through self-help groups and youth through sports, aiming to host the 2027 National Games. Improvements in health, education, and connectivity were also highlighted. Sangma concluded by calling for unity to achieve the ambitious goals of Vision 2032.
