❗️There is no such thing as the perfect diet. Make strides towards what is sustainable for you and your health goals.
❗️One meal will not lead to an influx of inflammation, much like one meal will not lead to an excess of anti-inflammatory properties. Our dietary pattern - what we eat consistently - can make a big impact on IBD and the inflammatory response in the body.
❗️Play around with the particle size of food! If a spinach salad is irritating to your guts, add spinach to a smoothie - you are decreasing the particle size of it which makes it more tolerable to the guts.
❗️Please focus on what you can add to your day instead of continuously taking things away. This shift can help your happiness.
