Egg roast
Egg roast is a dish native to Kerala, India, consisting of Boiled eggs cooked in spicy onion tomato masala gravy. This Kerala Egg Roast / Nadan Mutta roast is one of the easy and tasty side dishes that you can prepare very quickly. It is mostly served for breakfast with Appam, Noolappam, and Puttu Also tastes great with chapattis or Porottas or it is also used (least often) with steamed rice.
Idiyappam
Idiyappam (ഇടിയപ്പം), also known as Nool Puttu (നൂൽപ്പുട്ട്), or Stringhopper, or Noolappam (നൂലപ്പം), is a rice noodle dish originating from the Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu and as well as from Sri Lanka. It consists of roasted rice flour pressed into noodles, woven into a flat disc-like shape and steamed.
