PW Cement clay- Episode 20 - Spoon rest

Описание: Mix up your clay - basic recipe
1.Powder mix ( 250 ml)
2. Activator 40 ml + 10 ml water - mix well
add to power mix
3. Wood glue 40 ml +10 ml water - mix well
add to the previous mix.

Press and knead for a minute or 2 until the clay is smooth( not sticky) and soft.
For moulds add 1/2 t spoon wood glue and knead, repeat until a smooth workable clay.

Mix 1 and half or double the recipe for a spoon rest ( depending on size and thickness)
and use the clay at once!

Use a "mould" or draw the shape and cardboard and form by hand.
Draw, trace, or decoupage your spoon rest
Once completely dry - decorate you spoon rest by paint it in your favourite colours, or
draw, trace, or decoupage it.
Then seal with Granny B Armor & Hard as nails. Or for heat resistant option use DALA heat resistant varnish.
Its not water proof!

The clay starts to dry in 30 minutes, but cures from 3 hours to 2 days.
It depends on the thickness ( or layers) of clay and the weather conditions.
