Today we came up with one of the most requested recipe shawarma|shavarma. Shawarma recipe is usually popular as street food. Just follow the recipe and can make the best shwarma at home.

Usually, the shavarma made with chicken, but I changed to the veg version by substituting chicken with paneer.

And the shawarma wrap can prepare so easily without yeast.

In this shawarma recipe, I made a few minor changes, so make all the ingredients available at every house. Still, the changes will not spoil the authenticity of the shawarma recipe.

I used bbq sauce to marinate the paneer. BBQ sauce can replace with schezwan sauce. Try to use Iceberg lettuce. which adds an extra crunch to the wrap. The wrap making procedure is so easy but a few pre-preparations are required.

By the way, can make the shawarma wrap without yeast. Just knead the dough to soft and sticky, and rest the dough for 12-18 hours. Then the dough works like normal yeast dough.
