The main goal was to move towards data-driven decisions. They consolidated data from various systems, including the production database and marketing tools, into a central data warehouse. GoOut's data stack uses BigQuery as the core data lake. Other GCP components include Cloud SQL and Data Stream for real-time data integration. This platform allows them to provide self-service reporting for internal teams and external promoters. Using data, GoOut can better attract promoters by providing insights into customer behavior and ticket sales. It also helps them optimize the customer experience, for example, by reducing the number of clicks required to buy a ticket.
