Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cups Maseca
5 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
4 1/2 Cups Warm/Chicken stock
2 teaspoon fine sea salt
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups olive oil
Direction:
In large bowl add maseca, almond flour, salt, & baking powder together and mix well.
Add warm chicken stock to your dry mix and mix well with a power hand-mixer. Add olive oil & continue to mix till smooth masa consistency.
Place clean damp cloth over bow and let rest for 20min
before assembling tamales.
