In this video we cube up a boneless pork butt and season it with Vaca rub. We then smoke it on the Camp Chef Woodwind Pro for an hour and then air fry it for 25 mins. The end result is one of the best tasting carnitas tacos you will have in your life!

Pork Carnitas Recipe:
Cut 4 lbs of pork butt into 2 x 2-inch cubes. Season with Vaca Rub or Tex Mex rub generously.
Tex Mex rub:
1 tbsp - Chili powder
1 tbsp - Paprika
1 tbsp - Garlic powder
1 tbsp - Brown sugar
1 tbsp - Kosher salt
1 tbsp - Coarse black pepper
1/2 tbsp - onion powder
1/2 tbsp - white sugar
1/2 tbsp - oregano
1/2 tbsp - cumin
Smoke carnitas at 225 °f for 1 & 15 mins. Remove & place in air fryer for 20-25 at 400 °f. Remove & let them cool down before cutting. Served with a corn tortilla, mozzarella cheese, chopped red onion & cilantro. Enjoy!
