Second pick on the board and I take a 9 5 10 brick sheep ore spot knowing wheat is basically off the table for this game. From there I have a choice, play it safe and settle directly on the wood port, or take the 8 5 10 triple wood production spot and race for it. I take the gamble. The wood production is absolutely massive and with the port secured the flexibility it gives us completely compensates for having no wheat. Sometimes you have to trust the setup and let it run.
