Описание: In this tutorial I help you understand your credit score by explaining the factors that make up your credit score.
Intro: Credit scores can be scary if you don’t understand how they’re calculated and if you’re not sure if you have a good or bad score. I’ve spent over ten years working for banks and helping clients improve their credit scores. I’m going to breakdown how to find your score, how to improve that score and a way to monitor your score for free to ensure you have excellent credit.

• Three main credit bureaus: Trans Union, Equifax and Experian
• A credit bureau is a company that collects and maintains your credit information and sells it to lenders, creditors, and consumers in the form of a credit report.
• Annualcreditreport.com lets you get your score for free once a year from all 3 bureaus.
• Credit scores range from 300 – 850, with 850 being a perfect score
• Dispute credit report errors. One in 20 consumers has a credit report error that will lower their credit score to the point that it makes getting credit more expensive, according to a 2013 study by the Federal Trade Commission

There are 5 main factors that go in to your credit score.
35% of your credit score is your payment history
30% of your credit score is your credit utilization
15% of your credit score is your credit age
10 % of your credit score is the types of credit you use and
10% of your credit score is your requests for new credit

Summary:
Good credit is still about three things: paying your bills on time every time, keeping your balances as low as possible and not applying for too much credit too often
