This is a 60 minute yin yoga practice for the Fire Element. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Meridians associated with the Fire Element are the Heart and Small Intestine Meridians, and the associated season is Summer. The postures have been selected to ensure a healthy flow of chi through these Meridians, supporting harmonisation of the Fire Element which governs the functions of circulation, warmth, our spirit and zest for life, love, the nervous system, and memory.
Most postures are held for 3-4 minutes, with regular rebounds.
