My name's Pete and I'm the host of the Aussie English Podcast, a podcast dedicated to teaching people Australian English as well as general advanced English.

In this video, I give you an advanced English lesson where I enjoy talking about the gym and working out, something that I'm trying to more and more.

Many people love going to the gym and working out, and it's important to be able to speak clearly and accurately about things at the gym that you might want to use to work out with whether it's dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, exercise machines, weights, and so on.

I recorded this video just after I got back from a work out at the local gym and I discuss with you in natural and real English how I work out, how I put together my gym routine, about nutrition, weights, and much more, in an attempt to let you see the way native English speakers talk about working out and going to the gym.
