20 years ago, young Hunter Bait discovered a powerful silver hat that he put on his head. The hat turned his mind making it twisted and evil. Now, the hat has been found and taken from Hunter. But before they can look into the hat, Hunter escapes and steals the hat and uses it to rule over the town by having everyone wear it. Can the police end this? Is the town going to be controlled by the hat?
