Heavenly Father, as I enter this new year, I seek Your divine protection. You are my refuge and fortress, my God in whom I trust. Shield me from harm and guard me against evil. Protect my body from illness, my mind from deception, and my spirit from discouragement. Surround me and my loved ones with Your protective presence. Give Your angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways.
