In today’s video, we share a calm and beautiful day from our countryside home. Early in the day, we went outside to enjoy the fresh air and did some shopping from local vendors in the village. Later, we came back home and prepared one of our favorite traditional dishes — tomato and eggplant stew, served with freshly baked local bread.
It was a peaceful day full of nature, simple living, and the true taste of rural Iran.
