ADA (NOKAEN) has become a Severe Tropical Storm after passing very close to Catanduanes this afternoon. This storm dumped 100-400 mm of rainfall across Bicol and Eastern Visayas beginning Friday until today. Stormy weather is still present along Camarines Norte and over the coastal waters of Northern Bicol.
