Описание: This is the 2nd tutorial of the NeuroExpress data analysis program. Here I demonstrate the analysis of spontaneous or miniature postsynaptic currents recorded in voltage clamp experiments. The program performs the detection and analysis of synaptic events very quickly and with low demand for user input. I explain the various analysis parameters (baseline noise, risetime and decay time) that need to be adjusted to achieve the most accurate analysis of synaptic events. The users can export the analysis results into an Excel worksheet or a TXT file.
