Good morning! Here's my 6am morning routine before I head out to my 9-5 job. This productive 6am morning routine helps me get into a good mindset for the day. A goal of mine in 2022 is to build sustainable and intentional healthy habits for my daily life. So, having this healthy and productive morning routine enables me to do that! Waking up at 6am also gives me enough time to get my workouts done in the mornings before heading out to work so I don't have to worry about fitting it into my day later on! Hope this video is a peaceful experience for you :)
