After having a lumpectomy for early-stage breast cancer, Wendy Lybarger was able to complete radiation in just five days using a method that focused treatment to the small area where the tumor was. Her treatment, at The Ohio State Universtiy Comprehensive Cancer Center — James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC — James), was part of a phase III clinical trial.
