Welcome or welcome back to my channel. My name is Jess and I love doing DIY, making clothes in a "simply but pretty" way.
In today's video, I'm going to share with you how I made my Tiered dress with long sleeves and round neck. It's a perfect dress for fall season when you mix with high boot or legging. It's very easy to make by following my detail step by step tutorial. So I hope you will like it and try it out.

Material: 3m of velvet fabric
My body measurements: 82-64-92cm. I'm 165cm tall and usually wear Small size.
