How to perform Supported Bulgarian Split Squat with a Glute Focus tutorial with voiceover \ Enjoy!
Top Cues:
1. Hips go back first, then light knee bend
2. Allow torso to lean slightly forward for glute stretch
3. Keep weight in the front leg, back leg is only for balance
4. Stop at about 90* knee bend & keep shin closer to vertical (over the ankle)
5. From the bottom, squeeze the glute & push through the entire front foot to drive hips forward
6. Control the tempo, avoid bouncing out of the bottom
