Yosemite Backpacking Trip and Altitude Sickness/Acute Mountain Sickness

Описание: This was NOT the Yosemite backpacking trip report video I'd envisioned when we set out for this trip, but here we go! Mountain Goat and I recently went backpacking to Sunrise Lakes in Yosemite National Park, and hoped to hike to Clouds Rest. But, as it happens, things did NOT go according to plan. Here I will go into all of the curve balls nature threw our way- unexpected snow, altitude sickness (acute mountain sickness, or AMS), cold, the works. I made my share of mistakes along the way, and I hope that by sharing these, I can help you to stay safer on your future backpacking and hiking adventures. Enjoy our Yosemite trip report!
