Ingredient list:
Grass Fed Beef Chuck Stew Meat - 2 Pounds

Tools:

Go ahead and salt the meat and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then place in crock pot. Add spring water or filtered water if possible. Fill until meat is submerged.

Set crock pot on high and let cook for 5-6 hours.

When ready to serve you can add more salt to taste. Enjoy and spread the positivity of eating meat.
