I went to go buy Nintendo Wii Points on 04/18/2009 late at night, at either a Microplay and or BlockBuster, since a few local friends wanted to play a few Wii Ware games, but failed to make it in time.

It was 04/19/2009 by this point and I called my mom to tell her and I started to walk back, but was then stopped by an officer shortly after.

Things went down. Things escalated. And she decided to arrest me.

They kept going back and forth with there reason for doing so as well as adding to it during the "apology meeting" that took place a few days later, in my kitchen.

Reason 1: He was out in the middle of the road.
Ok... well if this were true, which it's not, you would have most likely hit me not only once... but twice.

Reason 2: He was on drugs. He was a danger to himself and others around him. (Stay off the Pepto kids?)

Reason 3 Given at the table: Oh there was a vehicle that swerved to avoid hitting him. Mmm no...? And even by the time I even made it up the hill, all the current traffic was gone first of all and "YOU" were the only one to pass me. So you would have had to have been this swerving vehicle. And I would of had to also been out in the middle of the road... where YOU were driving.

I want to make it clear, that I am just me...
