Visible Indicators of Failure:
Active Shear Fractures: Note the diagonal tension cracking and separation of the primary structural ceiling slab from the load-bearing wall.
Epoxy Bond Failure: The structural epoxy injected previously has failed under active movement, proving that this is Active Differential Settlement, not static/harmless settling.
Load-Path Disruption: Visible 'unzippering' of the ceiling envelope, indicating a severed load path and an immediate life-safety hazard.
