Описание: A high-risk pregnancy, an emergency c-section and twin boys born at 25 weeks, weighing just over one pound each - Pamela Brooks shares the story of her family's incredible journey. She is extremely grateful for the incredible patient-centred care that she and her family received while at Kingston General Hospital and in follow-up care at Hotel Dieu Hospital. To show her appreciation, Pamela is making a legacy gift through her Will so that her estate will be able to help others.
