I find it amazing that a song like this could have sat mostly unnoticed for almost a decade before it was included on a greatest Hits album in 1971, though it hadn't previously been released or any kind of hit except at a few concerts.
Then again, there has never been anybody quite like Zimmy in his early prime. I'd give anything to have written anything anywhere near one of those classics, but I guess so would most everyone else on the planet.
