For the Dough (Makes 16 Buns):
500g all-purpose flour
250ml warm full cream milk
1 tablespoon sugar
For the BBQ Pork Filling:
Pork chops
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon chicken stock
2 teaspoons char siu sauce
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce and oyster sauce
Drizzle of honey
Chopped spring onion
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, warm full cream milk, and sugar.
Knead the mixture until a smooth and elastic dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the BBQ Pork Filling:
Marinate the pork chops with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, sugar, chicken stock, char siu sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, drizzle of honey, and chopped spring onion.
