Last Track Event Ever at Pittsburgh International Race Complex Hooked on Driving

Описание: Today is the last day I will ever step foot on Pittsburgh International Race Complex's concrete. This is the last weekend for Pittsburgh International Race Complex to host track events for the public before the track is demolished. There will be an ai data center in place of this beautiful race track and it was an honor to be one of the last cars to put rubber to that pavement. One of the last Honda S2000s to scream down that straight and attempt to take turn one at 70+mph. ‪@PittRace1‬ was taken from us by the rich, but motorsports in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania will never die. We have goals set in place for 2026!

We are on Bridgestone Re71R and they are BEAT UP! 100+ autocross runs on them. Running the Hawk ER-1 brake pads and they feel great! I never planned on tracking this car, but I felt that it was an obligation to race it here on track since this is where I started my motorsports career.

The day started out with so much fog that our driver group lost our morning session. This track has been capped out at roughly 30 cars and this event had almost 50 drivers in my class alone. A busy track, a rainy day leaves us with heavy hearts and tears as they abandon the Pittsburgh motorsports community.
