Which commander skills should you be using on which classes or ships in World of Warships Blitz? APCS or IFHE? Demolition expert? and so forth.. That is what I propose to discuss in this guide, which will provide the basics on how commander skills work and are generally useful to which ships/class. Obviously, for specific ships, there will be small differences, but this is how I generally setup mine.
