Update on Legal Action

Описание: The main snag in this case is keeping my location and personal identifying info safe from view by the fugitives. It will take a few weeks to actually successfully do so, prior to service, but everything else is in place and I want you to know what we are doing, you should not have to wait that long for an update. My apologies that there is not an easier way but it is the one thing I am sticking to-- that I won't serve them without them being bound by law to keep my confidential information safe.

Even with laws being somewhat uniform, Fed Rules in Civil procedures and state laws, there are some liberties where certain Judges have their preferred method, so there is always a chance you will have a bit more work in getting things done, and it won't be exactly what you want. Such is the case with protecting confidentiality in this case. I have to go the motion for protective order route, and I will do the one that is not temporary in this case as it is safer even though it's not immediate. But the case is not searchable as I have set all files to confidential. Once that is all completed I'll talk about what court it's in and show some of the docs, and I'll say which company is the first to be approached with a complex civil action.

What we have filed thus far is the mandamus action (accepted and signed off), motion for protective order with remote hearing (accepted pending hearing date), motion for adr (pending), motion for remote hearing (pending), motion for electronic service (pending) and a sheriff form for alt service, many exhibits (accepted), and subpoena and other docs to serve are ready to go. I say we because this is a collective effort truly, we all want the same outcome.


This action, if won, will be a springboard for the others, and there will be no fundraising for crime online by the wanted fugitives while they make it clear they are knowingly evading law enforcement (and taunting or flat out criminally harassing the victim). If law enforcement does not act once we give them that info, they will be first made aware that we want them to in a complaint. And then if they still don't, ultimately we will file something similar through the Central Authority if need be to compel them to act, too.

We will start to have eyes on this and they will want to avoid liability for potential harm done in the future to victims.
