PLDT Messenger Chat Support is Useless

Описание: I cannot access 192.168.1.1 and there is this error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.
I configured my PC settings and cleared SSL data, SSL 3.0 checked and the problem is still not fixed. That's when I tried contacting PLDT on Messenger and this is what happened.
