Haass discussed his book The Bill of Obligations: The Ten Habits of Good Citizens, exploring why he believes Americans’ understanding of citizenship needs to be expanded to include our obligations to one another and our government, and how we can strengthen democracy and renew the spirit of a more informed and engaged citizenry.
