Brittany, Christina, Katie, and Kathryn take you on a lesser-known hiking trail near Las Vegas, right on the edge of Boulder City, Nevada - Gold Strike Hot Springs.

Gold Strike Hot Springs is located just a short 25 minutes away from Henderson, NV, making it one of our favorite day trips from Las Vegas. This hike sports fun activities like rock climbing (yes, with ropes), hot spring pools small and large, (hot springs near Las Vegas - can you believe it?), views of Hoover Dam, and for the more daring…cliff jumping.

This hike makes our rank as one of the more difficult but most rewarding Las Vegas hiking trails, with plenty of fun in between. And Gold Strike Hot Springs is just half the fun. You can be guaranteed that day trips from Las Vegas to here are well-spent with Boulder City, NV and Lake Mead just around the corner.

Note for all our first-timers: we highly recommend bringing plenty of water and snacks for this hike - you’ll thank us later.
