Headstart: Justice Undersecretary Jesse Andres said on Thursday, November 6, that former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan officials Henry Alcantara, Brice Hernandez, JP Mendoza, Arjay Dumasig, and Sally Santos have applied for coverage under the witness protection program.
According to Andres, most of the whistleblowers are now cooperating in the ongoing investigation into irregularities in flood control projects.
