went to the zoo recently after a really long time and filmed this video. it was a fun day, but also a strange feeling because the last time i remember going to a zoo was back in school.
walking around again after so many years felt nostalgic, but at the same time it was a little heartbreaking seeing wild animals locked up in enclosures when they’re meant to roam free. the whole thing felt a bit ironic, people watching animals, animals watching people.
this video was actually shot in january at the beginning of this year, and i’m finally posting it now. better late than never.
