This is the Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master video test. G Master is a new professional full frame e mount lens line from Sony. Just like the Canon L series. And this 24-70mm lens is the first native e mount lens that gives you f/2.8 aperture. First of all, build quality. As you have expected, Sony always have great design and build quality. It feels really good in hands. Although a bit heavy for mirrorless system. Its weight over 886g. Very similar to DSLR lenses. But I would not care too much as long as the image quality is great. I recently went to Melbourne again for work. So I took this lovely lens with me to test it out.

In conclusion, this is an amazing lens. It is one of the best Sony glass I have ever used. Although I’m not a big fan of the “Focus by wire”, but its very acceptable. And I really like the autofocus lock.
