Sometimes you might hear of excess option activity in a stock. Sometimes there is a news story that prompts that activity but sometimes its just pure speculation. The Sizzle Index tracks excess option activity in a given day and compares it to the average volume over the last 5 days. A value of 1 means that it's about the same, or say 100% of average. A 3 means 3 times the average volume in the last 5 days. In this session you'll learn what the sizzle index is, how to run that scan and discussion on what some of the numbers might mean.
