The Gimlet is an old-school cocktail with gin, lime juice, and sugar. In this video, we'll show you how to make the perfect Gimlet!
Here's how to make it:
In your shaker add:
2 oz gin (or vodka)
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Cover ingredients with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain to coupe or cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
