Here's a great Legs and Butt Workout you can do in the gym that will lift and build your butt and give you sexy athletic thighs.
1. Step ups on Smith Rack 2 Sets 15-18 reps
2. Reverse Lunge One leg 2 Sets 12-15 reps
3. Alternating Reverse Lunge 2 Sets 20 reps total
4. Barbell Deadlifts 3 Sets 15-20 reps
5. Barbell Squats 3 Sets 12-15 reps
6. Barbell Reverse Lunges 2 Sets 20 reps total.
You can do this workout 2x a week for a couple weeks.
