'The Other River'- The 'Salt Water'~Maribyrnong River

Описание: An excellent promotional video about Melbourne's other great river, the Maribyrnong, released in 1989 for the Friends of the Maribyrnong Valley Inc.

VHS copies were available for loan from City of Brimbank municipal libraries in the mid 2000s.

I don't possess any copyrights or permission to upload. Hopefully some latitude from the 'Friends' group will enable it to remain, or I can pass the file to them for their use and release under their banner.

The VHS version was converted to digital form using a Canopus brand convertor.

News over recent years alerts us that the Maribyrnong River is again suffering pollution abuse. This video should serve as a wake up call of what we stand to loose if we're not vigilant and vocal for its continued preservation.
