This is my critical hit, heal and survival build for The Division which allows me to solo DZ 5 and DZ 6. This is a combination of getting 21% health back on kills and getting heals every time each gun crits which is 25% for the AR and 60% for the SMG. When I pop pulse those numbers jump even higher allowing me to tank most of the damage!
