Meet Rafael Oliveira: With an impressive 24 years of dance experience under his belt, Rafael is not just a dancer but also a choreographer, coach, judge and esteemed teacher. He has trained numerous dancers in Brazilian Zouk, with over 40 podium finishes to his credit. As the former Director of the renowned Alex de Carvalho Dance Center and current Director of the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council, Rafael is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Zouk dancers.

And introducing Izabel Ramos: Starting her dance journey at the age of 8, Izabel’s passion for movement led her to excel in jazz, ballet, and contemporary dance. Her partnership with Rafael began in 2015, and together they have been spreading the joy of Brazilian Zouk across the globe. With a background in classical and contemporary dance, Izabel brings a unique blend of grace and technique to their partnership.Rafael and Izabel are not just teachers and dancers but also choreographers who believe in making dance accessible to all. Their teaching approach focuses on simplicity, technicality, and most importantly, fun!
