How To Counter Yorick

Описание: This video will go over Yoricks strengths and weaknesses, what i look for when i pick a champion vs yorick, and also show you 3 champions that i use against Yorick and some tips on how to play with those champions vs yorick and how to play vs Yorick in general.

The way Yoricks spells work makes him automatically push the lane, making him vulnerable to ganks, so try to convince your jungler to gank top ASAP(That can be hard...)

Yorick is very mana hungry and early game you can take advantage of that. If he runs out of mana, he will most likely recall, without mana he really can't do any harassing and his basic attacks are not scary at all, so having a champion that can eat his harass might be a good thing.

Yorick has great sustain from his e, Omen of Famine, he can stay in lane for a very long time, picking a champion that only pokes a little bit of health away over time wont work against Yorick.

Yorick is a really good pusher. By spamming all of his abilities he will always have ghouls on the battlefield which is gonna give him more dmg from his passive, and all the ghouls will attack the minions.

His ulti is really good, especially when used on the AD carry and you will have to kill it twice.

Yoricks W, Omen of Pestilence, is an AoE slow, which is really useful when farming, chasing, getting chased, getting ganked or just putting out an AoE slow in a teamfight, his w is really useful in many cases.

Yorick can easily harass without putting himself in big risk. Sitting back and just spamming his spells, letting the ghouls do the damage and even heal him in the process can be very frustrating.

In this video i went over playing Cho'Gath vs yorick, playing Renekton vs Yorick, and Riven vs Yorick. Another pick could be Nunu, consume gives a bunch of health back and since Yorick doesn't have any hard CC he can't stop Nunus ulti form dealing heavy damage. I give tips and tricks on how to play Cho'Gath, Renekton and Riven vs Yorick and also how to play against him in general.
