He Gave Me 25 Strokes at Wolf Creek… 21 Handicap vs 2 Handicap

Описание: Welcome to the first video on the Phoenix Golf Club YouTube channel.

For this round we headed out to Wolf Creek Golf Course in Mesquite, Nevada, one of the most insane and visually wild golf courses in the country.

But this wasn’t just a casual round.

We turned it into a Ryder Cup style match.

I'm a 21 handicap golfer, and my opponent Jeremiah is a 2 handicap — which meant he had to give me 25 strokes to make things fair.

At the start of the round Jeremiah was extremely confident that this would be an easy win… but Wolf Creek has a way of humbling everyone.

Between the massive elevation changes, steep hikes between holes, balls flying out of bounds, and some of the craziest views you'll ever see on a golf course, this round quickly turned into a battle.

Wolf Creek is so steep in places that you actually have to sign a waiver before you even tee off.

Along for the round were:

• Chris (3 handicap) — my partner
• Jimmy (+2 handicap) — Jeremiah’s partner

They were riding in separate carts but popped into the video throughout the round while battling it out in their own match.

And by the end of the round… Jeremiah realized beating a 21 handicap with 25 strokes might not be as easy as he thought.
